About Us

Your Role
- Lead the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless, inclusive experience
- Design and maintain performance frameworks (OKRs, continuous feedback loops)
- Develop and run learning & development initiatives (mentorship programs, Lunch & Learns)
- Build culture and engagement rituals that keep our distributed team connected
- Own policy & security compliance for all people-related processes
- Analyze key people metrics (turnover, engagement, diversity) and recommend data-driven improvements
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management and best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years in People Operations, HRBP or a related role at a high-growth tech company
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and empathy skills
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable mining insights and translating them into action
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
